Hello there. I recently bought Guild Wars 2, but i have been getting problems. I go to the start of the Norms(The Great Hunt) and a couples minutes later, i can not talk to anyone, hit anyone or do anything. The I get this error: code 7:11:3:191:101
Notes
My computers network is fine
I recently had a computer update.
I used geek squad to help fix the download problem( stuck at 0 bytes per second)
I really want to try out this game

Any helpful hints

There’s a number of reasons why you could be encountering this issue – the number one cause is network setup or connection based issues. There’s really no way to tell what your individual cause may be, and so the best way for us to diagnose the issue would be for anyone who is encountering this issue to submit a support ticket to the Technical Support Team.
