Not using any firewall but the default Windows firewall, all GW2 stuff added as exceptions, nothing has changed about my ISP, PC, Firewalls, connection, or anything since this morning, when the game worked fine. The next time I turned the game on, right clicking on a freind and pressing “Whisper” did nothing, upon trying to whisper them manually or invite them to a party, I get “Error Code=42:1000:9001:3928:101”. The rest of the game works fine, I can use map chat, earn exp, all normal stuff as far as I can tell, but when I try to interact with friends it just has an error.
