I have just bought the game and when I try and login I get the above error message. I cant recover my acccount because I don’t have a character. Please help… Is there a number you can call insted of puttting a ticket through the computer?

I suggest that you contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post.
