Endless Toymaker's Tonic

Well I’m not sure if this is intended, but the Endless Toymaker’s Tonic ONLY lets me transform into a (Wintersday) Dolyak. Considering that other endless tonics let you transform into multiple things, surely something doesn’t seem right here?

But you see, Tixx has not arrived yet! In a matter of moments that tonic will allow you to see the very first toy that he brings. You’ll have to wait until he makes his full tour to see them all!
