Email authorization denied

My friend tried to log in to his gw2 account, but when he did and put allowed access to his account it denied him of access and said “Failure”. He’s really confused because it should allow him since it is his email.

If your friend is still unable to log in, he should contact Support: support.guildwars2.com, then “Ask a Question.” The team will help him.
