Email Authentication Problem

Ever since release, I had been getting the notice on log-in about setting up email authentication, and I always pressed Send to proceed, but never once got an email. Today, I signed into my account and enabled the email authentication from My Account, and when I tried to log-in for the first time, the game tried to send me an email for authentication. But, I still am not receiving emails for some reason ( I am receiving emails from everyone else, except for Arenanet). I tried logging a ticket, but I bought the game digitally and I guess I never wrote down my serial number.

The mails come from different programs, so getting the newsletter and not getting authentication may not provide helpful information. If you’re sure the emails are not going to a typo’d address or to your Junk or Spam filter, then I encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you with your questions about authentication.

For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
