Help! My son purchased Guildwars2 and registered the key using my gmail account.
He didn’t like it; so he requested a refund and it was given.
In the meantime, I decided I liked it so I purchased it on Amazon and got my own product key.
So I went in and registered the key using my gmail account (you can probably tell where this is going).
Well it allowed me to register the new key using my gmail account.
But when I try to play the game, it tells me that my gmail account has been associated with a refund and won’t let me play!
Surely there is some way to remove the product key and let me register it with another email address? Or (better yet), remove the note on my gmail address and let me register a new product key?
