E-Mail Verification Not Sending

My internet is really odd, every time it disconnects I get given a new IP, so every time I relog into the game after it crashing I have to allow another IP. I have had 20+ of these confirmation emails. I tried to log on today and I got the message saying ‘email sent’ so my password hasn’t changed. I waited for 1 hour+ and still no reply. I logged in to my account and managed to click ‘disable email verification’ and I get an error. I looked at my allowed IP’s they all matched the IP’s that I had allowed through hotmail. But there was another one and under ‘IP’ it said ‘5.0.0.1-5.225.225.225’ whichs means that every IP is allowed, wtf?

Is the E-Mail system broke or is it my account? I only got this game a week or so ago and I love it, but this has took a proverbial dump on my night.

Did you check your Junk/Spam folder? I know you got other emails, but maybe this one was misdirected for some reason.

In the meantime, I would really appreciate if you would file a support ticket through the “Ask a Question” button on the Support page (linked at the top of this page). I want the team to look at things and see what’s up.

In a general sense, I will check into this, too. Thanks for the report.

I just want to know, if there are any updates about the verification mail?

As Support told you, the issues doesn’t appear to be on our end. There are a few elements that may be involved, most principally your email provider, so since we know the Auth emails are indeed being sent, you need to investigate from the receiver viewpoint.
