I’ll try to be brief here…
Developers promised here that duplicate exclusive dyes will be refunded after the 15th patch. I followed all instructions and logged into ALL of my characters several times between the given dates.
I didn’t receive any, so submitted a ticket. The response I received to this first ticket was a more dragged out “we’re too busy to deal with you right now”.
I submitted another ticket a few days later … “this needs further investigation”, no reply to this even now.
I got fed up of waiting for one after a week, so submitted a THIRD ticket on the matter, I got the reply “I’ve forwarded this to appropriate staff for investigation”. No response AGAIN.
Finally, I sent a 4th ticket recently. Apparently all items were refunded but I didn’t receive them. Currently waiting on a reply for a ticket to resolve this.
Anybody in this same boat as me, who are eligible for a refund, are not getting it, but have apparently already received?
