I bought GW2 about 2 hours ago and started downloading it for Windows. It is just at 10% Is there anything I can do about this?

Your download speed will depend on a number of things: your network setup and connection method, whether or not you have a number of applications running, or your firewall might be slowing down the download rate by having to check all the data that goes through the Guild Wars 2 client. You might also have to open up the ports Guild Wars 2 uses (80, 443, 6112 and port 6600)to get the fullest speed you can.
