I start playing GW2 after release. Before GW2 i played a lot of MMO RPG and nowhere, i say “nowhere” such a bad Tech Support as in GW2. ?ere are a couple of examples: once i collected badges of Honor Of the Waves and buy medium set instead light set. Turning to tech support , I heard – "hey, man , we can not help you go farm dungeon again. In 2013, I spent several month in fractals . And now when the fractal weapon droped in the form as skins I contacted tech support to turn my weapon in skins. What I heard – “hey, man , we can not help you. Go farm fractals few months”. And now a question to tech support – you are helping people in general ? From there you use?
