did't get achievement weapon and gold upgrade

Hi i hope somebody can help me, I think it’s a bug, but there is a chance that I did somthing wrong (but that seems very unlikely). When i logged in today in GW I received a chest from the 1000 achievement points and i opened it. but i only got around 4 items: a karma booster, a chest containging pvp stuff, mystic forge stones and another booster, But I didn’t get a weapon of choice and i also dind’t get the gold upgrade. Did i do something wrong or is this a bug. I hope this message will get noticed and that somebody will help me.

How many achievement chests total have you opened?

There’s a 100 AP chest, a 500 AP chest (with the PvP items), the 1000 AP chest with skins, and higher value chests. It sounds like you’ve opened the 100 and 500 AP chests, but not the 1000 AP chest.
