Didn't recieve Makeover kit from Gem Store

I bought 2 face makeover kits from the Gem Store and recieved nothing! Usually they come in the mail however I am yet to get anything. Is this bugged?

This is almost always caused by a full mailbox. There’s a bug where the mailbox count (x/10 messages) doesn’t count some messages, but they do fill up the inbox and prevent new mail from being received. Try clearing out your inbox, and waiting for the mail to arrive. (It can take several minutes.)
