Didn't receive Rich Dragon Coffers

Today I purchased 2X (5/400 gems) Rich Dragon Coffers from the gem store. I also tried purchasing Polla. All of the items showed up on the “Recent Purchases” tab, but I didn’t receive the items. I was just wondering how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance for clarity towards this.

Did you try clearing out your inbox? If it has too much mail in it (usually 10+ letters) it will hold new messages in a queue until room is made in the inbox.
