Didn't Receive Large Achievement Chest

I was in Sanctum Sprint yesterday when the 1k achievement chest popped up. I was saving it for when I got out, as soon as I got out I chose a Zenith skin and was continued on. What I forgot about was the Large Achievement chest that also came with it. I had logged in today and remembered about it, and when I went to look in my inventory, it had disappeared/never appeared. Is it possible that I sold it to a merchant by accident? My inventory was filled to the brim except one spot for the skin… I know I’m missing out on some great stuff if I don’t have this chest… I just can’t figure what else to do from here.

Players have had issues with not picking up the chests, or accidentally vendoring or deleting them. There isn’t an issue with the chests as far as we know, and I think we would have heard if there was an issue because they’re so popular.

I hate to say this, but I would attribute the issues you both have experienced to one of the possibilities I mentioned above — as sort of (I hate to say it) user error type of thing. I know we cannot trigger that reward again if a player does not collect (or retain) the chest.

Apparently Arenanet has just declared copyright over the letters A and B.

Oh dang, I made that public, huh? We were hoping to make a big announcement, but I guess the cat’s out of the bag now.

Make that A, B, and C. No parentheses = no worries.

Fixed a bug that would prevent players from receiving their achievement chest if encumbered.
Any word on receiving the lost chest(s) for some/all players?

I lost a large achievement chest because of this bug. Inventory was full, zenith skin went into the “overflow” window but the chest did not. Submitted a bug report but haven’t heard anything back.

Great that they fixed the bug… but are they going to replace the chests that we didn’t get because of it???
