Did not recieve 100% map completion rewards?

Hello,

I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong place, but I didn’t know where to stick it.

A friend of mine completed 100% map and did not receive their gifts in the mail. They have submitted a ticket in game and have not heard back. My friend insists that they did not delete the gifts or the mail that should have contained them. They have the 100% star next to their name and it shows on the character select screen. Do any of you know what might be going on?

Your friend submitted a ticket to ask about this, and that’s good. There’s really no point in posting at this time; the team will answer him as quickly as possible.

The forums are designed for follow-ups (after three days in the specific thread) and for general questions of an account nature. But we specifically do not encourage a “submit-and-immediately-post” (or have a friend post) culture, because that takes two people to respond: a forum responder and an agent handling the ticket.

Please allow the team to work out this issue with your friend.
