Did not receive item from gem store

I recently purchased the aviator sun glasses on the gem store, yet when i got an item in the mail there was no sun glasses attached to the mail I got from the TP. The mail, instead, has the green quest location icon next to it, rather than the envelope that appears when an item is attached to the mail.

Is there room in your mailbox? The X/10 messages in the Inbox is deceiving, because some mail doesn’t count against that limit, but will count against your max. Delete as much mail as you can in your Inbox, and see if the mail arrives.
