Did not get a daily fractal reward chest

Like the title says I completed a fractal lvl 16 after daily reset. Did not do any fractals before then and yet did not receive a reward daily reward chest. What gives? My fractal reward level was 8 at the time. Does it have to be above 10 or something to get rewards from that tier?

You’re asking a good question and I think that those most familiar with the fractal reward system would be able to answer this. Have you asked in the Players Helping Players forum? Or have you checked the Guild Wars 2 Wiki?

I am not sure this is a support issue and a player may be able to help you.
