Delivery of gem

Hello my fiance take 2 × 10e paysafe card and used them for gem. the first card worked and got a delivery of 800 gems. the second card although used the same way no delivery of gem happened. we w8 24 hours – then made a ticket. still no answer 48 hours later. we are still wondering where the gems are and what else can we do. somebody can look on this ? i will be grateful for any help.

Hello, Glorius. Yes that is exactly what you do: support.guildwars2.com, then Ask a question, and then “General billing question” to start the ticket.
