As the topic reads – I’m experiencing severely degraded sound quality. If I should make a comparison – the sound seems as if it was downsampled to 22khz, it’s distinctly low-fi. It applies to music and sound effects alike and persists regardless of what ingame sound settings I apply.
I’m playing the game on a mid-2011 27" imac with an ati/amd HD6970m gpu, 3.1 gig i5 cpu and 12 gigs of ram. My OS is Mac OS X 10.7.4, perfectly up to date at the time of writing this post.
Anybody else experiencing similar issues?
