Custumer Service Please!!!!!!

Hi im Cactusa i am new to this game and i am trying to understand why it is so difficult to get in touch with customer service it seem like i have to surf the web just to try in find ways to contact the GM’s in this game………

Anyway i brought the $80 pack i think its the deluxe edition that comes with the gifts i didn’t even get fully (because when i logged into the game my summoning that came with it got deleted out of my bag and i don’t know how ) and now im trying to either work something out or get my money back because i don’t feel like it should take 20 bug reports and a post on here just to catch a GM’s eye sight which to me is Bad Costumer Service…….Please respond leave comments etc…..dont really care i just want a GM’s help!!!! ASAP………….

Hello LimitedRemoval.

Have you sent already a ticket to Customer Service, here, detailing this incidence? They are the ones who can effectively help you. Posting here in the forums does not speed up the process although you can always use the subforum Account Issues for tickets that have not been resolved in three or more days.
