When I typed my credit card info and tried to buy some gems, the systems showed
“value.invalid.address.stree1”. Even if I typed complete address of my billing address, it still doesn’t work.

So may I suggest you please submit submit a ticket by clicking “Support” at the top of this page, then clicking “Submit a request” in the upper right-hand section of that linked page. The team should be able to answer your questions.
We really want you to be able to make these purchases. Heck, you help support our game and future development when you do! So I hesitate to ask you to take even more time to fill out a ticket, but for security’s sake, I think that’s the best thing to do.
