Crashing when opening menus

When trying to open the hero menu my game crashes giving me this response:

My computer specs are as follows:
Windows 8 (64bit)
intel i7-3632QM (2.20GHz)
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7570M (high performance card used for the game, intel HD 4000 used for everything else)

I have sent multiple error reports, any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Hi Tamara, glad to hear you managed to resolve the issue! I just wanted to point out that “igdum32.ll” belongs to your Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers which appears to be the cause of the crash. You’ll want to be sure that your Intel card drivers are up to date as well as make sure your AMD card is what’s being used when you launch Guild Wars 2.
