Crashes on crashes on crashes

So ever since the update of Season 2 of the Living World, I have been experiencing an overwhelming amount of crashes. I am not completely sure what is causing this to happen. The game will either freeze momentarily and kick me to the log in screen, freeze momentarily and kick me to my desktop with an error message, or just freeze entirely forcing me to shut off my computer. It is getting so frequent that the game is becoming unplayable and not worth it. I would like answers. My internet connection is good and this has just not started to happen this frequently, so that should not be the problem.
ArenaNet are you going to help me or ignore this post like all the other ones?
(Sorry for the rude post. I am posting this right after being kicked out of the game the 1000th time. Please understand that I am quite upset.)
Attached is a picture of what I am working with. I also do not have any other applications running while I play GW2. Thanks!

Hey SooperDooper,

When you do receive an error message, what does it say?

I am also not seeing the complete system specs listed in that image. Can you tell me what video card is in your system?

Have y’all tried the basic troubleshooting steps in this sticky post?

I would first suggest going through this list and see if any of those steps help to alleviate the crashing.

If you are still having issues after following the instructions in the above post, please reply and include the following specs for your system as well as any other information you believe may help me to troubleshoot your issue:

CPU -
RAM –
Graphics Card – (If your system has 2 cards such as an Intel and Nvidia, please list both models)
Full OS Version –
Internet Connection Type –
How are you connected to your network – Ethernet or Wireless?

If for any reason you are not comfortable posting your system information on this thread or if you would prefer that I work with you one on one to troubleshoot this issue, please submit a support ticket.
