About crafting materials: will we be able to turn them in at a merchant at some point or should we use them all now creating dyes because they will become worthless?

Use ‘em up! Make some skins you don’t already if there are ones you like, otherwise dyes are the other good option.

So there is a chance we get to at least keep out PvP skins?
Your skins will definitely keep their value after the rewards overhaul, hence why we’ve been telling people to keep filling out their locker.
