COX ISP Connection Issue (STARTED TODAY)

I experienced this issue quite a bit today and it was frustrating. My internet was alright browsing online / playing other games. But with Guild Wars 1 and 2. I get disconnected as soon as I logged in or sometimes my launchers can’t even get through the log-in servers.

As of now it seemed like the issue has resolved itself, but is this a client side or ISP side issue? How often should this happen or should this not happen at all?

It seemed like almost a game breaking issue for me since I was not able to log in at all.

Is there a steady fix that works for this?

I would need all the help I can get. Thanks!

EDIT: I’m still getting the issue right after this post.

Hey all,

So we can look into this further I would like to ask anyone who is experiencing this issue to submit a ticket to Tech Support so they can start gathering everyone’s data and look into the cause of this.
