Could I use those program for my PING?

Hi there
well am trying to play the game, rather than pressing one action and waiting 2~3 sec for reaction. This is what been told as " High Ping". So could I was googleing some programs and i found those.

1-Battle Ping ( BP)
2-WTFast.
3-LAGLess proxy

Anyone tried one of those and how it was preformed?
I believe those are legitimated program and they are not putting the player in advantage, is that RIGHT?

I will be happy if anyone reply to me with more valuable information

Hi Terror Of Death – Players are allowed the use of proxy services to improve their connection, however, please understand that these are not supported by NCSOFT or ArenaNet and so use of them is at your own discretion.

I believe most proxy services will offer a free trial so that you can test them out and see which works best for you but we’re unable to offer any specific recommendations.
