Hi! newbie here. i just bought a costume on gem shop. i was wondering if i can use them on all items or do they get stuck on 1 item after transmuting them. thx in advance

You can get low level stones from the gemstore, or map completion or black lion chests. High level stones only come from black lion chests and gemstore I believe.
