Constantly losing connection to server

I constantly lose connection to the server. Sometimes I cant stay logged in for 30 secs while other times i can be logged in all day. Today is the worst its ever been. I’m talking through vent while watching hotkeys take 5-10 seconds to activate after i click them then I’d lose connection. I thought it was my connection till I ran planetside 2 and GW2 at the same time and when i disconnected from GW2 I’d tab over to PS2 and it would be fine. Occasionally ill get stuck on a black citadel load screen even though I’m not in Black Citadel. Any help would be appreciated
