Conscript The Dead Ships bugged

My character is a level 80 Norn ranger named Vivian Scarlet. Upon reaching the second ship in the Conscript the Dead Ships story line quest (map of Malchor’s Leap), I get stuck on clearing the ship. I find the final risen to kill in the bottom of the ship, but he is flagged as friendly, and while I can target him, I can not kill him or attack him in any way. This renders me unable to clear the ship and unable to progress in the quest. I would like to continue progressing in this line. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Is the green Risen a charr by any chance? It’s supposed to be invisible until you clear the rest of the ship, it sounds like there’s still another enemy that’s alive elsewhere on the ship. Killing it should cause the Risen to correctly switch sides, and also make the captain of that ship appear.
