Connection Error(s)

I keep getting the message “Connection error(s) detected. Retrying…” on the start up screen for the game. Is there anything I can do to fix this or are the servers down?

Hi Bajema – Could you provide a Game Advisor report so that we could look into this issue?

Hi Symiel – If a Winsock reset didn’t resolve the issue for you the issue may be with AVG as it does have compatibility issues with the game client. You may need to look into configuring it to allow Guild Wars 2.
