Confirm my Identity??

Hi,

This evening I was going to purchase gems but was stopped by a notice that I need to confirm my identity to purchase anymore gems. How do I fix this? I have never had this issue.

Ok, I think what’s happening here is that you may be buying with accounts that don’t align exactly. For instance, maybe you’re trying to add gems with a different email address.

In the case of 130709-002183, you’re all clear now.
