I preordered the game so that i could play in the beta event. I did not get back to playing on my account after the event when the game went live. Now i came back to play and the launcher log in said that my account had been locked/suspended due to being accessed to an unauthorized individual. Even if someone hacked my account, I didn’t have anything on it. I made request #25812 6 days ago and received an e-mail 3 days ago saying they were looking into it. I have not heard anything since then and wanted to know how long this usually takes?
