Hey,

I hadn’t played for a week and when I tried to log in today I noticed that someone hacked my password. Ok I do password recovery.. everything goes fine untill I try to play with one of my characters.. it gives this error :

Disconnected.Another client has connected to Guild Wars2 using this account.Please try again later. (Code=35:5:1:813:101)

Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks

Hi Mustachio – You will want to submit a support ticket in regards to that issue as the Account Support Team are the only ones who can assist you with this particular error code.
