Is there a way to talk to a client support specialist in real-time? I don’t get how it is okay to answer a question then lock a thread without the user being able to respond.

I would like to talk to an Anet employee about their customer service practices in dealing with account issues.

To round out this topic: The account in question was blocked in error. We generally remove the suspension for a first time offense, but an agent failed to lift the suspension and that is something for which we apologize.

The account was reinstated as the result of the ticket that Trypz submitted. And a ticket is how you contact CS, so it’s great it all worked out well.
