Charged twice and no response

I sent a ticket about 2 months ago when my boyfriend used my credit card to buy gold and I noticed later that the amount had been withdrawn from my acoount twice, with two different names. This i never got an response to and as well I posted a ticket recently about a quest bug where I added a screenshot as well. Where are my tickets going? How will we solve the gold issue?

I endorse the messages above. We respond to all tickets, and give a high priority to those involving issues such as you have described. (No one wants to be double charged, and if that happens — and that is rare thank goodness — we want to fix it post haste!)
