Characters on hacked account got transferred.

So, my account got hacked but i got it back, my problem is all my characters got transfered to a low populated server (probably the hacker wanted to farm and sell my account), is there any way to revert this without paying, becouse i got 4 characters i would like to play on with my friends on another server and 50 euro for that is a lot of money for some server transfers. Does anyone know how i can solve this?
