Hi i need some info on if its worth submitting a ticket and how, i had just installed win8 on my pc and i never put my password on my pc yet which i normally do well my younger brother after an arguement logged into gw2 and deleted everything.
my level 80 char and my storage char as he knows how much i love gw2 i was liviv so neway is theree a way to get my level 80 char back, im not concerned about the other stuff just my thief thanks for ne info

The info that our forum members gave you is correct. With regret, we cannot restore or “roll back” an account due to an in-home “hack.” There simply are too many risks in adopting that as a policy.

Remember that if you decide to come back to Guild Wars 2 in the future, your account will be waiting for you. Perhaps your brother will be kind and buy you a gem card or something to help you rebuild!
