Chance of Ring in FotM Acc or Char Bound?

If I do two FotM at level 10 each day on two different characters, do I get two chances at a ring? The only way to know for sure would be if someone did get two rings in one day on two characters. I figure this forum is big enough that it might have happened to someone. Anyone know?
