Card approval failure

When I try to purchase gems I get the message “Card approval failure”.

The response I got back from support was that “there is currently a limit on how many NCsoft master account you may associate with your credit card”.

So if I understand that correctly I am supporting too many NCsoft games? Even though I havent played other games for quite some time?

And the fact that I live in Australia and I cannot purchase gems anywhere but in game means I cannot participate in the event coming next week.

I understand your questions, and think you should continue the discussion with Support in your ticket. The team may find a way to make all this work out.

I agree, PayPal is an excellent alternative to try!

Support will have suggestions for you. Some of those mentioned in this thread are quite helpful, and Support may suggest that same thing, as well. They’ll get back to you soon – the ticket queues are not long and responses are pretty quick!
