CAN'T SUBMIT REPORT!!

OK i don’t think anyone one except for the admins can help me on this one.. I was gonna just submit a report to the support section as I got charged twice on um credit card for only one purchase of the game

But when i chose the ‘unrecognized / fraud charges’ section and fill in all the info with the * next to it then submit, it ask for ‘’Game Account’ field required; please fill in.’ when this section is no where to be found!!!

HELP PLEASE I AM POOR AND NEED MY MONEY BACK LOL!
