Ok so I have a support account and wish to make a Violation report concerning malicious use of the in game reporting system and abuse.
After I have filled in all the fields and attached my files I click continue to be told I need to add a contact number and time to be able to proceed. However there is no time and number field present.
I have submitted a report prior to this for being banned and that was successfully appealed and I remember there being a contact number and time field, yet it is no longer appearing.
I went to change my support account details and again no fields for Contact number.
How do I contact support if the only mechanism I know of to do so is prohibiting me from doing so. I’m sure you can see how this is frustrating.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
