I provided the game serial used to activate my account.
Provided my last and current home address (Ive moved and dont remember if I changed it or not).
Login email.
My full name.
My display name.
Character name.
I asked the support whats missing or whats wrong? Still no answer.
Im a bit worried I might not get my account back, since I provided everything needed and your support rejected me without specifying any details?
Im able to provide an ID scan.
Im able to provide last 3 gem card numbers used on my account.
Also several different details about my activity or what/ever.
This cant be true x.x
For others:
I secured my email, removed all authorized connection from GW2 account, then I found out I dont have the old authenticator app anymore. I cant remove it now to re-establish it again.
