Me and my friend preordered Guild Wars 2 from a retailer in our town (listed as the official retailer for Guild Wars 2 in Israel).
They’ve had a launch-day event during which they gave the people who attended special cards with Guild Wars 2 logo which contained a code for an in-game item called Dragon Shirt (or something similar). We were told to use the redeem code option in the game to add it to our account.
However, when we try to redeem the code, everytime it tells us there’s something wrong (with both of the codes). We checked for mistypes many times, but it seems it’s just not redeemable…
I sent a support ticket about it but got no reply, so here’s hoping someone here would notice it and fix the problem.
Thanks a lot, we hope it will be fixed, it’s not game breaking, but just kind of disappointing…
