Can't Recieve items?

I can’t understand. I have bought items from Black Lion Merchant whit gems. When GW2 started everything was fine but now. I don’t get items? no via email in game, no from post, no in bank ? Any suggestions what to do? Already lost some gold in GW2 so thats why asking.
