I have been trying to make a ticket because my cards keep failing (they have sufficient funds) when I try to purchase gems. I’ve tried an AmEx, Visa depit and Visa credit card. Is it because my billing information doesn’t match the information when I made an account? I tried last now multiple times and today. Also, I don’t know if this is how I make tickets. A public ticket doesn’t make much sense to me. I expected a “Submit a ticket” button somewhere on the home page.
