Can't log into the game

My account was suspended and refunded and Arenanet stated that I needed to buy a new Serial code… so I did..

I purchased the serial directly from the site, and linked it to the same account. following the ‘stacking serial’ tutorial on the support site.

AND I STILL get the account suspended screen when i try to log in.
What do I do?!

Yes, please do contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
