Can't log into the game or change password

My problem is that up until a day or two ago I could log into the game fine. Today I cannot. It says my password is wrong even though it’s the one I’ve always used. The only reason I’m able to log into the site is because it’s saved. It will not let me reset my password because it keeps saying all of them have been associated with old accounts or hacked passwords, everything I try. When I click “reset my password” it asks for my serial number, but I bought this game when it first came out digitally and I honestly don’t have access to the number anymore. Is there anything I can do? has my account been hacked?

If you receive a message saying the account name or password is in error, and if you believe you simply need to try again, don’t click “Recover Account” but click “Ok” and try again.
