Can't Log into Support Account

I can’t log into my support account.
I have an account as I’ve submitted tickets in the past.
I’ve tried all the passwords I’ve ever used with Guild Wars.
The reset password https://guildwars2.zendesk.com/access/help here does not work.
I’ve asked for an email to be sent so I can reset password but I never get an email.

I want to submit a ticket about a possible refund for my two extra consortium harvesting sickles and two extra molten pickaxes, but I can’t because I can’t log into support.
