Can't log into game?

Yesterday I changed my password as a monthly cycle but every time I go to log in, it says that the account name and password are invalid. I know that everything is type correctly because I can log into the site perfectly fine. I’ve even changed the password again to see if it was something on my end. This started happened yesterday in the afternoon and is getting very aggravating.
